How SunBlest handles order issues, refunds, replacements, and seasonal product limitations.
SunBlest goods are seasonal, small-batch, and often perishable. Because of that, refunds and returns are handled with care and common sense based on the product, timing, and condition of the order.
If something arrives damaged, appears incorrect, or does not match what was arranged, please contact SunBlest as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Whenever possible, include your name, order details, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.

Policy overview
Perishable goods
Fresh fruit and other perishable goods generally cannot be returned once received or picked up.
If there is a quality issue, damage issue, or order mistake, contact SunBlest promptly so it can be reviewed.
Shelf-stable goods
Dried fruit, jams, preserves, sauces, and specialty goods may be reviewed for replacement, refund, or correction if there is damage, an order error, or another reasonable issue.
Please keep the product and packaging until SunBlest has had a chance to review the issue.
Special orders
Gift boxes, custom assortments, larger orders, and special requests may have different refund or cancellation limits depending on the items, timing, and preparation involved.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If an order arrives damaged, appears incorrect, or is missing an item, contact SunBlest as soon as possible.
Please include photos when useful, especially for damaged packaging, damaged jars, shipment issues, or product condition concerns.
SunBlest may offer a replacement, refund, credit, or other correction depending on the product, timing, availability, and details of the issue.
Pickup orders
For local pickup or market pickup orders, please review items before leaving when possible.
If something is incorrect or missing, it is usually easiest to correct the issue at pickup or shortly afterward.
Because fresh and seasonal goods can sell quickly, replacement options may depend on what is still available.
Shipping issues
For shipped orders, please contact SunBlest promptly if packaging is damaged, goods arrive broken, or something appears wrong.
Photos of the outer package, inner packing, label, and damaged items can help determine the next step.
Shipping delays, weather, and carrier handling may affect certain products, especially anything seasonal or temperature-sensitive.
