Fresh fruit follows the harvest.
SunBlest Orchards grows, dries, jars, and gathers fruit according to the season. Some items are available for a short window. Others may be available longer as dried fruit, preserves, sauces, or specialty goods.
Availability can change quickly. Weather, crop conditions, yield, timing, and demand all play a part. Some years bring a heavy crop. Some years are lighter. Some items sell out fast because longtime customers know what they are waiting for.

How seasonal availability works
The fruit decides.
SunBlest is not a warehouse-style store with the same inventory every week of the year. The best fruit is seasonal by nature, and availability depends on what the trees produce, when the fruit is ready, and how quickly each batch moves.
Fresh items move fast.
Fresh fruit is usually the most limited. Dried fruit, jams, preserves, sauces, and specialty goods may remain available after the fresh harvest, but those items are still produced in limited quantities.
Check back often.
When something is marked limited, coming soon, sold out, or available by request, that reflects the reality of the season. The best way to keep up is to check this page, sign up for updates, or contact SunBlest directly.

Fresh fruit
Fresh fruit availability changes the most throughout the year. SunBlest is especially known for apricots and stone fruit, but fresh offerings may also include peaches, nectarines, plums, pluots, figs, grapes, pomegranates, and other seasonal fruit when available.
Fresh fruit may be available online, at market, for pickup, or by special arrangement depending on timing and supply.
Dried fruit
Dried fruit is one of the best ways to enjoy SunBlest fruit beyond the fresh harvest.
Availability still depends on the season and how much fruit was dried, but dried fruit is often easier to order than fresh fruit and may be available for shipping or pickup when inventory allows.
Jams, preserves, sauces, and specialty goods
SunBlest’s preserved goods carry the flavor of the season into jars, bottles, and small-batch specialty items.
These may include jams, preserves, pepper sauces, pepper jellies, salsas, and other seasonal goods. Some batches are limited and may not be available again until the right fruit or ingredients come back into season.
Gift boxes and special orders
Gift boxes, dried fruit assortments, jam bundles, and special requests may be available depending on current inventory.
